Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while effectively managing stock and assisting with sales operations. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product information to effectively communicate with customers. * Process orders received from vendors. * Schedule client appoints as requested. * Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently. * Stock shelves, ensuring that products are organized and displayed attractively. * Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store cleanliness. Skills * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations. * Experience with cash registers and POS systems is preferred. * Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management. * Previous experience in retail environment and the game of golf is advantageous. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated. * Excellent customer service skills to enhance the shopping experience for all customers.
