Full description of the position

Function: Under the direction of the Sales and Marketing Manager, play an active role in the marketing department, and help maintaining good customer relations for SIA Engineering (USA) Inc. This role focuses on administrative and customer support functions, assisting in the development of the company's customer base throughout the USA and beyond. Essential Duties and Competencies: * Provide support in building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective customers. * Assist in researching and analyzing new customers, including airline operators and aircraft types in current and future ports. * Offer active marketing support for customer targeting initiatives and regional port development. * Assist in the implementation of marketing and customer engagement plans. * Support the marketing of the company's existing services and product lines. * Track and maintain records of contract expirations, rate escalations, and customer files. * Provide timely reminders to the Finance Division on rate escalations and support in notifying customers via side letters (addenda) or price notification letters. * Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and other customer events. * Host client hospitality activities and participate in customer visits to strengthen business relationships. * Deliver customer support services by responding to inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction. * Regularly update the Sales & Marketing database, contract breakdowns, customer contact lists, and MCM sales overviews. * Provide regular updates to SIAEC (HQ) on LMI sales pipelines and LMI sales overviews. * Assist in performing cost, margin, and benefit analyses for prospective customers. * Collaborate closely with internal divisions, including Quality & Safety (regulatory approvals), Human Resources (training matters), and Operations (station capability and customer requests). * Assist in resolving customer queries and track flight delays with Operations and Finance teams to advise on applicable charges. * Verify changes in billing templates to ensure accuracy before issuance to customers. * Support Finance in resolving billing disputes and customer concerns. * Attend internal meetings, including monthly Finance & Marketing checklist update meetings, and participate in customer meetings as required. * Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Manager and assist with special projects as needed. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager. Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience. MBA is a plus. 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or similar role.
