Full description of the position
We are seeking a Virtual Sales Agent to join our team and drive sales of renewable energy products and services. This is a virtual position on the site, where you will engage with both B2B and B2C clients, providing consultative and solution-based selling to meet the unique needs of each customer. Key Responsibilities: * Drive virtual sales of renewable energy products and services remotely, engaging with both B2B and B2C clients. * Provide virtual consultative, solution-based selling, tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of each client. * Clearly and confidently virtually explain solar power systems, energy efficiency, and sustainability trends to potential customers via virtual communication channels. * Negotiate deals and contracts while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process. * Educate clients about solar technologies, including photovoltaic (PV) systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions. * Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to help them achieve their energy goals. * Work independently from a virtual setting while collaborating in a team-oriented environment to achieve company targets. What We 're Looking For: * Proven sales experience, ideally in a B2B or B2C setting. * Familiarity with solar power systems, energy efficiency, and sustainability trends is essential. * Basic understanding of solar technologies, including photovoltaic systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to diverse audiences. * Proven ability to negotiate effective deals and contracts. * A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work independently and adapt to change. * Team player mindset: Self-driven, but also coachable and able to collaborate within a team to drive company success.
