About our Local Insurance Agency: We are an Insurance office looking for an Insurance Representative. Insurance Customer Service Requirements: * Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty License * 1 Year of Phone Experience * 1 Year of insurance customer service experience * Ability to discuss policies with current policy holders to uncover additional needs they may have Insurance Customer Service Responsibilities : * Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed * Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification * Ability to discuss insurance bundling options with policyholders * Uncover additional needs the policy holder might have (ie: adding a homeowners policy to their auto insurance policy) * Use current book of business to renew and add additional policies Insurance Customer Service Benefits : * PTO/Vacation and Holidays increase with experience * Room for advancement within the company If you are driven to succeed and want to join a top-performing local Insurance Office, please apply!
