Duties * Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable products. * Conduct thorough market analysis to identify competitive insurance offerings. * Utilize effective communication skills to explain complex insurance concepts clearly. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, including claims assistance. * Analyze client information to tailor insurance solutions that meet individual requirements. * Negotiate terms and conditions of policies with clients, ensuring clarity and understanding. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies. * Participate in telemarketing efforts to generate new business leads and expand the client base. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to provide knowledgeable advice.
