The Carroll Group is on a mission to help people embrace life's next chapter through transacting in residential real estate. We are looking for a driven sales professional for a full-time Inside Sales Associate position. Reimbursement on real estate license course work and training time will be included. Primary duties will include, but are not limited to: * Cold Calling Leads * Engaging Warm Leads * Setting Appointments for Lead Agent * Creating Prospecting Lists * Managing CRM Database * Studying and Understanding Market Trends * Hosting Open Houses Additional Information: Education, Skills & Requirements: * TN real estate license is required by hiring date of May 15th * A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required * A high level of proficiency in Google Workspace products is required * Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs * Must maintain a professional personal appearance and demeanor Pay: $48,000 base pay plus high commission opportunities.
