Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. Please only apply if you have experience in kitchen design and sales. 20/20 experience is the design software utilized by our company. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming clients' kitchen spaces into functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget while providing expert guidance on design options, materials, and layouts. Your ability to blend interior design principles with strong sales skills will be essential in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. Duties * Collaborate with clients to assess their kitchen design needs and preferences. * Create innovative kitchen designs that maximize space and functionality. * Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and appliances to enhance the overall design. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various kitchen products. * Manage the sales process from initial consultation through final installation. * Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain organized financial records. * Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all design samples and materials are well-stocked. * Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and design techniques to offer clients the latest options. Requirements * Proven experience in interior design or a related field is preferred. * Strong sales skills with a background in retail sales or outside sales. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience in cash handling and financial transactions is a plus. * Ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients. * A passion for renovating spaces and creating beautiful kitchens that meet client needs. * Familiarity with kitchen products, materials, and current design trends is advantageous. * Proficiency in design software, (20-20).
