This is a full-time on-site position located in Woodland, WA. Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to): * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers; * Identify additional opportunities for current customers and partner with the sales team; Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent service; * Collaborate with sales, production, and scheduling, * Collaborate as needed to ensure proper art; * Organize, enter, and maintain data regarding client artwork, items, raw goods, finished goods, inventory, compliance, pricing, and other relevant information; * Attend customer visits and department/company meetings as required; * Participate in the CAPA team process for corrective and preventive action; * Support customers through pricing, proposals, shipping/receiving, and billing; * Participate in the NPSS (New Product Specification/New Part Approval) process; * Support other account managers and the sales team as needed. * Additional duties as assigned. Competencies: * Ability to communicate effectively; * Ability to manage time and meet deadlines; * Ability to problem solve proactively; * Ability to create strong relationships; * Understand and use basic office equipment; * Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
