Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying and pursuing potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a keen understanding of the insurance market. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply as we aim to serve a diverse clientele. Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. * Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the insurance sector. * Engage with clients through various channels including outside sales efforts, networking events, and community outreach. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our services. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM system. * Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance and share best practices. * Stay informed about industry developments, product offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the insurance market. Experience * Proven experience in sales or customer service roles; experience in insurance sales is a plus. * Strong background in sales administration or retail sales is beneficial. * Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs effectively. * Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is preferred but not required; bilingual candidates are highly valued. * Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
