Full description of the position

Shift is scheduled for 8:00am until 5:00pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Ensure a high level of customer service is always provided * Build and maintain connections with potential customers or leads to cultivate new business and develop relationships * Generate revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products * Initiate sales calls to existing customers to assess the need for replenishing inventories * Provide ongoing customer and technical service on existing accounts * May work on the counter or showroom to assist walk-in customers with their needs; as needed * May work in the warehouse as needed to pull products, fill orders, count inventory, receive, and stock inventory * May assist Outside Sales Representatives by researching products and meeting customer's needs * May schedule customer appointments for consultation on jobs and assist customers by providing quotes for their projects * Perform other various duties, as outlined by supervisor * Exude, understand, and demonstrate actions according to the Company's core values.
