If you're passionate about building high-performing sales teams, exceeding revenue goals, and driving client satisfaction, this is the role for you! * What You 'll Do * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. * Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing sales team to success. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. * Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. * Drive adoption of the Crockett Way sales process to ensure consistent success. * Contract Review and Compliance What We 're Looking For * A bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). * At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a management role. * Expertise in B2B sales and account management, preferably in the facilities management or commercial maintenance industry. * Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development. * Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. * Why Join Crockett Facilities?
