Real Estate Settlement/Title Company Marketing Representative- Village Settlements, an Atlantic Closing and Escrow Company is seeking a marketing representative to work with our Marketing Director and to cover our suburban Maryland territory, including our Montgomery, Frederick and Prince George's County offices. Job responsibilities include marketing Realtors, Lenders, Builders and the general public in order to help increase our settlement volume. The job includes creating and attending events, happy hours, seminars, joining local trade groups as a representative of Village Settlements, and general every day contact with our Realtor, Lender, builder and general client contacts. General knowledge of the real estate settlement business is not required, but is a plus. Salary plus commission is negotiable. Qualifications * Strong background in marketing and sales, particularly in real estate, title companies and\or the building and\or the lending industries * Proficiency digital marketing strategies * Experience with social media marketing and multichannel marketing * Ability to manage budgets and conduct market research Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gaithersburg, MD 20878
