Sales Rockstar Wanted: Join our Organic Coffee Revolution Full-Time or Part-Time | Remote & Field-Based | _Uncapped, Perpetual Commission_ Are you passionate about great (and organic!) coffee and closing deals by introducing our coffees, espresso, and cold brew to other coffee shops & cafes, restaurants, bars, offices, co-working spaces, grocery stores & markets? Now, we're looking for an ultra motivated, driven, highly skilled salesperson to take a ride to the next level with us. What You'll Achieve: * Drive B2B sales with coffee shops, restaurants, grocers, offices, and co-working spaces * Cultivate and manage relationships with new and existing wholesale clients * Represent our brand at events, trade shows, and community pop-ups * Collaborate with our roasting and cafe teams to align offerings and educate clients * Track leads, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools About the Compensation: UNCAPPED Perpetual / Residual Commissions + Bonus Opportunities + Potential Profit Share (for the right candidate) Unlike traditional commission structures where a salesperson receives a one- time commission for their sales efforts, we offer residual, perpetual commissions for the whole entire life of every single coffee account brought in. That means you'll continue to earn more commission every single time your clients place an order -- again, not just once upon closing a sale, but over the duration of the lifetime of every account. The more clients you onboard and the more you sell, the more your income stacks, too -- creating limitless long-term growth and ultimately true passive earning potential - though we hope you won't stop selling when you get to that point!
