Hi, Skin is looking for an ambitious and inspiring Studio Sales Manager to lead one of our newest facial studios to new heights in performance and growth. What You 'll Do: As a Studio Sales Manager, you'll oversee daily studio operations, drive membership sales, and ensure each client leaves with an experience they'll want to repeat. This role is perfect for someone ready to take on the responsibilities of running a business without the upfront investment , focusing on client engagement, team empowerment, and sales growth. Lead & Inspire: * Coach and develop a team of talented estheticians to exceed individual and team sales goals. * Cultivate a positive, inclusive environment that promotes professional growth and high team performance. * Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and implementing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) as needed. Drive Membership Sales & Revenue Growth: * Develop and execute strategies to drive membership conversions and service upselling, ensuring the studio hits its revenue targets. * Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify growth opportunities and enhance service offerings. * Partner with corporate and marketing teams to roll out initiatives, including social media campaigns, local partnerships, and events, to boost client traffic and retention. Customer Engagement & Retention: * Maintain high client retention through a customer-focused approach, including personalized follow-ups and exceptional in-studio experiences. * Foster loyalty and satisfaction by ensuring a consistent, high-quality service environment and promptly addressing client concerns. Financial Oversight & Operational Excellence: * Oversee financial performance with monthly reviews of studio metrics, learning to operate your studio like an owner. * Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory and payroll to maximize efficiency and service quality. Training & Development: * Oversee ongoing training in skincare techniques, product knowledge, and sales strategies, supporting your team's continuous professional growth. * Promote a culture of learning, ensuring your team is up-to-date on industry trends and company standards. Compliance & Reporting: * Ensure adherence to health, safety, and local regulations, as well as company policies. * Prepare and review reports on key metrics, including revenue, service performance, and team achievements, to maintain accountability and transparency. What We 're Looking For: * Natural Leader: 3+ years of management experience in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry. * Problem Solver: Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills to tackle day-to-day challenges effectively. * Skincare Enthusiast: Stays current on industry trends and is passionate about delivering excellent client experiences. * Sales-Driven Mindset: You thrive on hitting and exceeding sales goals--whether it's memberships, product sales, or service upgrades. * Strategic Thinking: You can analyze financial reports, make data-informed business decisions, and keep the studio on track for success. * Customer-Centric Approach: You understand the value of relationships, striving to make every client interaction exceptional. * Marketing Savvy: Experience collaborating with marketing to create community events or campaigns is a plus. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
