Overview We are seeking a personable and enthusiastic individual with home care sales experience and/or experience as an LPN to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and generating leads through effective communication. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the healthcare/homecare industry, exercise patience and compassion, and have a genuine eagerness to help others. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. * Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads and nurture relationships. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. * Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress in the software system. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching sales goals. * Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients. Qualifications * Experience in home care industry. * Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is preferred. * Excellent verbal communication skills in English with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
