Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and well-connected individual to join us on a full time basis, introducing our nTerface Host Software Platform in the Energy Industry's Automation and Controls sector. This role is ideal for someone methodical, personable, and driven, who can effectively connect with key players in upstream operations and engineering, particularly within E&P (Exploration & Production). A motivated individual with good contacts can realistically earn $250,000 annually or beyond with an uncapped commission schedule. Key Responsibilities: * Build relationships with field operators, superintendents, production managers, facilities engineers, and field foremen. * Identify and target key accounts in the upstream sector, focusing on companies open to improving their automation systems. * Ask the right questions to understand client needs and uncover opportunities, leading them to pilot-stage engagements with high conversion potential. * Methodically follow up on leads and opportunities--without being pushy--to build trust and deliver value. * Represent the company professionally and authentically, focusing on building genuine connections. Qualifications: * Prior experience connecting with upstream operations professionals is highly beneficial. * Strong personal network in the energy industry, especially across multiple firms. * Effective communicator with a personable approach, particularly suited to building trust and making introductions. * Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow up methodically on opportunities. * Industry expertise or technical knowledge is not required; we provide the tools and questions you need to succeed.
