Company Overview An established and reputable automotive group is seeking a dynamic, experienced Automotive BDC Manager to lead a high-performing team handling inbound customer requests for a sought-after brand with an outstanding reputation. About the Role: As BDC Manager, you will oversee daily department operations, implement sales strategies, and lead a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving growth. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee daily operations of the BDC department. * Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. * Train, lead, and motivate BDC team members. * Monitor industry trends, competition, and customer behaviors. * Execute outbound sales activities to generate leads. * Distribute leads to the appropriate sales personnel. * Ensure team completes all required training (online and in-person). * Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service. * Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, and a positive attitude. * Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and customer interaction skills. * Utilize strong computer skills in day-to-day operations. * Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager. Physical Demands & Work Environment: * Ability to sit, stand, squat, or kneel for extended periods. * Regular use of phone and computer systems. * Safely drive and operate dealership vehicles. * Additional responsibilities as required.
