The Designated Broker consults and advises all brokers and agents on company policies and procedures as well as problem solving, contract concerns, assists with transactions and general real estate issues. The Designated Broker also maintains record of real estate dealings for HomeSmart and records on real estate transactions, listings and brokerage contracts. If you are a licensed broker who is licensed in MD, DC and VA, and would like to support agents and manage a brokerage this position is for you! * This position will work out of our office in Silver Spring, MD.
