Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Mold Remediation Sales Technician to join our growing team. This role is a mix of sales and hands-on remediation work. You will assess mold damage, educate clients on solutions, and close sales while ensuring top-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct on-site inspections and assess mold damage. * Develop and present remediation plans to clients. * Close sales by educating customers on our services and benefits. * Assist in mold remediation projects as needed. * Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, businesses, and insurance professionals. * Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations. Qualifications: * Experience in mold remediation, restoration, or a related field preferred. * Strong sales and customer service skills. * Knowledge of mold remediation techniques and industry standards (IICRC certification a plus). * Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and working in confined spaces. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
