Lead and motivate a sales team in the assigned territory, setting clear goals and expectations and provide coaching and support to enhance the team's performance. Job Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday (with travel) Salary: $73,000 - 110,000 (pay offered will depend upon candidate's prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills & abilities) This position will cover the following locations: Base is Colorado Springs, CO with travel to areas such as: Pueblo and Alamosa Responsibilities * Train, coach, mentor and develop the sales team to drive sales results * Achieve revenue, volume and performance profits targets for FSOP in the assigned territory * Negotiate and open new business opportunities within territory (grow account base) * Grow current customer volume and profits by targeting new products or services * Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to become the customers most valued business partner * Ensure utilization of selling and development tools across the territory * Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements * Bachelor's Degree required or * High School Diploma (or GED) with additional experience required * Must have valid COLORADO Drivers License and clean MVR * 1+ years Sales Experience with a Bachelors degree required and * 4+ years Sales Experience with a HS Diploma required * 1+ years Leading a sales team preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint * Negotiation skills * Problem solving skills * Statistical analysis * Clear verbal and written communication * Able to lead and develop teams effectively * Strong presentation skills * Customer Focus Come and join our Sparkling team!
