DiCarlo has an immediate opening for an Customer Service Representative in our Holtsville, NY location. Main Responsibilities: * Provide outstanding customer service support to the assigned client base. * Enter orders via telephone and online. * Respond to and rectify client and/or business issues. Qualifications: Experience in customer service and/or order entry Attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Experience with MS Office AS400 a plus! Work Location: 1630 North Ocean Avenue, Holtsville, NY 11742 This is a full-time position. Hours are 9:30 AM-6:00 PM which could include Sunday and an occasional holiday.
