About The Position Summit Construction group is looking for rockstar sales representatives. We do exterior construction and restoration for both storm damage and retail projects focusing primarily on Roofing, Siding, and Window replacements. Most projects are covered primarily through homeowners insurance claims due to hail and wind damage. Pay is highly competitive, up to 50% of gross profit on all sales. Work full time plus and make $100k + and have the winter off! Top reps make $200-300K per season. This is a 1099, commission only position, and we offer monthly draws to smooth out your earnings. No one who does this full time makes less than $100k/yr. Some construction experience is ideal but not necessary- we have had several reps jump from the real estate, car sales, telemarketing, debt collection, restaurant/service industry, and customer service roles and find immediate success. We provide comprehensive classroom and field training, and you will be matched 1-to-1 with a mentor to guide you to success. You must have an outgoing personality, discipline/motivation, attention to detail, great communication skills, and professionalism. Work is carried out across the Twin Cities metro and done primarily in the field. Applicants must have a drivers license and personal vehicle; a pickup truck is helpful but not required.
