Key Responsibilities * Oversee all daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient business processes. * Lead, supervise, and train store staff to deliver top-tier customer service and meet sales goals. * Manage inventory control, purchasing, and stock levels to maximize efficiency and reduce shrink. * Use point-of-sale (POS) systems and ensure accuracy in cash register operations. * Implement local marketing strategies to promote sales and boost customer engagement. * Foster a positive, results-driven team culture through strong communication and leadership. * Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and employees. Preferred Experience & Qualifications * Big box retail management experience preferred. * Background in sales, inventory receiving, supervision, and material movement. * Agricultural or rural lifestyle knowledge is a strong plus. * Positive, "can-do" attitude and excellent customer service skills are a must. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Must be able to pass a background check and provide work history and personal references.
