Summary We are seeking a Fleet Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Garber Automotive Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing fleet sales operations, developing relationships with corporate clients, and driving sales growth. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing our customer experience and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective fleet sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their vehicle needs. * Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close fleet sales deals. * Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions. * Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure availability of vehicles for fleet orders. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the fleet sector. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client satisfaction. Requirements * Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a fleet management role. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively with attention to detail. * Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous but not required.
