Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Sales Manager in driving sales performance, managing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales goals. Duties * Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. * Support the Sales Manager in training and mentoring team members on effective sales techniques. * Ensure compliance with company policies * Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback to the team to enhance productivity. * Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance. * Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales management or a similar role is preferred. * Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in math for accurate cash handling and inventory assessments. * Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail for managing reports and documentation. * Ability to manage a team effectively, fostering motivation and accountability among team members. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
