POSITION SUMMARY As a Movara Guest Services and Sales Specialist, you will build and actively participate within a department culture which delivers excellence in the guest buying experience and membership retention as aligned with our premier brand. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the program, resort accommodations and membership benefits to support our guests which creates value-based relationships while proactively engaging guests which will help meet their healthy life goals. KEY OBJECTIVES * Maintain accurate guest information and lead information in our booking and lead management softwares. Follow up with guest inquiry leads, emails or voicemails for as long as it takes to close the deal. * Foster relationships for repeat bookings, referrals and revenue driven services. With a 70%+ return rate, our Movara guests often rebook because of the connection they feel to you and the rest of the Movara team. * Identify strategies to increase revenue, profitability and guest return and referral business and expand customer base. RESPONSIBILITIES * Responsible for all facets of the sales process from answering new guest inquiries all the way through to the close. * Exceptional listener, highly compassionate and understanding. One of Movara's Core Beliefs is providing a safe and supportive environment and it will start from the first inquiry. * Responsible for servicing existing guest's reservation inquiries (before they arrive), and looking for opportunities to further serve them by booking additional services during their stay. * Demonstrate initiative, personal awareness, integrity, professionalism and exercise confidentiality. REQUIREMENTS * Phone Reservations / Sales experience * Customer Service experience * Previous experience working in reservations, hospitality, fitness or related fields will also be considered an asset. * Confident with technology, which will include property management software, CRM, and lead management software. Salesforce knowledge is a plus. * Strong ability to multitask and a keen attention to detail. * Excellent time management skills, understand how to stay focused on priorities and be able to deliver on commitments. * Good team player * Strong character with unassailable personal integrity and a strong set of values * Be able to work a flexible schedule which may include some early evening and Saturday/Sunday shifts.
