Job Summary Looking for a licensed agent who is excited about real estate and has a strong desire to learn and grow with the team. We are looking for someone who is Highly Ethical, has a strong Work Ethic, Positive Attitude, Organized and a Self-starter. Required Qualifications & Job Duties * Maintain an active Real Estate License in Oregon. A Washington license is preferred but not required. * Must have an active drivers license and reliable transportation. * Work from home office setup with good internet access. * Live within Portland Metro, preferably in the west side closer to 97229. * You will be required to do various tasks considered standard as part of a Real Estate Agent, including Client communication, Showings, Open Houses, etc. Experience * Previous experience in Residential Real Estate is preferred but not required. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Familiarity with sales processes and negotiation techniques within the real estate context is a plus. * Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is beneficial for ensuring compliance in all transactions. * A customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional support to clients and team members. Schedule & Hours * This will be a full time position working 5 days/week with roughly 40 hours of scheduled time. * Days off and schedule are flexible, but will need to be offset with other team members and team work load. Working hours may include evenings and weekends.
