The Retail Sales Representative will engage clients to provide an exceptional experience. In this role, you will help clients identify their needs, answer questions about our products/services and recommend solutions. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave the store satisfied and will contribute to the store's positive reputation. Responsibilities * Provide world class in-store customer service * Learn and retain brand product knowledge for current brands * Cross sell products * Stock store products * Manage returns of merchandise * Understand and communicate product strategies to other staff members * Provide necessary feedback to managers and colleagues in other departments in order to make store operations more efficient and effective * Maintain a clean and organized store Skills * Experience in retail sales and or hospitality * Proactive, energetic attitude and desire to work in a results-oriented and deadline-driven environment * Developing positive rapports with customer * Ability to perform in fast-paced environment Physical Requirements * Must be able to lift 30 pounds at a time * Must be able to work standing for an extended period of time Note: Compensation is base pay plus commission Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Shift: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person
