DPI Direct is currently hiring a results-driven Outside Sales Representative for our Large Format Division. As an Outside Sales Representative for our Large Format Division, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth. With a focus on building relationships, you will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored print solutions. Your expertise in sales and project management will contribute to our company's success while ensuring smooth print project execution and customer satisfaction. Your success will depend on your: Customer Engagement: * Apply effective sales techniques to present our services, generate leads and expand the company's customer base. * Work with clients to identify their print needs and provide creative, tailor-made solutions to address these needs. * Build rapport with customers and guide them through the available printing options using effective communication skills. * Guide customers through the entire print cycle, from presenting and explaining the proposed solutions/quote to successfully closing and delivery of products. * Address customer questions, concerns, and follow-up needs related to print projects. * Provide accurate information to the operations team in a timely manner to ensure everyone understands the clients' requirements/expectations. * Collaborate with customer service, pre-press and production, ensuring accurate and complete project information and proposed delivery timelines. Communicate with clients, any delays or unexpected issues. * Build and maintain a network of strategic partners to generate potential clients and enhance business opportunities. Sales Team Collaboration: * Attend sales meetings every week to strategize with colleagues and the management team, share best practices, and support each other in achieving sales objectives. * Share industry knowledge, sales tactics, and customer insights to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team. Qualifications: * Minimum 7 years of Sales experience preferably in the Print industry, with a proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding various sales performance targets and metrics. * Experience working with small to large B2B clients. * Experience with CRM systems including EPMS and MS office, Adobe and other software tools/products. * Must have the ability and willingness to perform a variety of sales activities to attract/retain clients and close deals are required. * Must be able and willing to travel to client sites, have a current driver's license with a clean record. * Strong ability to build connections with people, actively listen, and deliver persuasive presentations. * Customer-centric mindset with a strong emphasis on empathy and ethical selling practices. * Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. * Detail-oriented with the ability to provide accurate project information and estimates. * Self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about achieving sales goals and personal growth. * Resilient, trustworthy, persevering, and willing to share/learn from experienced sales professionals and work well with all levels of team and management. * Strong work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
