Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of inside and outside sales experience, with a strong focus on technical sales and business development. Duties * Engage with potential clients through various channels to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, ensuring clients understand how our solutions meet their needs. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new business development. * Manage accounts effectively, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales initiatives. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight product advantages and address client pain points. * Track sales activities and report on performance metrics to ensure targets are met consistently. Skills * Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales, or direct sales roles. * Strong analytical skills to assess market data and customer needs effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients at all levels. * Ability to manage accounts proactively while identifying growth opportunities within existing relationships. * Experience in business development with a focus on building long-term partnerships. * Proficiency in conducting product demos that effectively convey value propositions. * Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
