What You 'll Do: * Lead and inspire the sales team while building and fostering strong relationships with both customers and employees. * Work closely with customers to bridge any gaps in the sales process, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions. * Train and support the sales team to help them close deals and maximize their performance. * Oversee the full spectrum of the sales department, including inventory management, purchasing vehicles from auction and off-lease returns, and completing trade appraisals. * Desk deals, manage gross logs, and help drive CSI. Who You Are: * Experienced Sales Leader: Proven background in sales leadership, ideally within the automotive industry. * Customer-Centric: Skilled at building lasting relationships and creating repeat business. * Tech-Savvy: Proficient with computer systems such as CRM software, ADP, VAuto, MS Outlook, and inventory control tools. * High-Volume Professional: Capable of managing a busy sales department with a focus on maximizing results. Ideal Experience Includes: * Automotive Sales Management or Leadership * Experience in Used Car, Preowned, and New Car Sales * Familiarity with industry tools (Manheim, VAuto, ADP, CRM platforms) * Strong customer service, retail, and sales management background * E-Commerce and Internet Marketing experience is a plus!
