Learn more at [please apply online] Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong client relationships with general contractors, developers, and end users * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial construction markets * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals * Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure accurate and competitive bids * Maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups * Attend networking events, job walks, and pre-bid meetings to generate leads * Maintain knowledge of flooring trends, materials, and technical requirements * Track sales metrics, maintain CRM data, and report regularly to leadership * Work closely with vendors to source and price materials competitively * Qualifications: * 3+ years of proven sales success in the commercial construction or flooring industry * Knowledge of commercial flooring materials (carpet, VCT, LVT, rubber, epoxy, etc.) * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a drive to exceed quotas * Comfortable reading blueprints and collaborating with estimators * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required * Preferred: * Prior experience selling to general contractors or property managers * Understanding of project bid cycles and construction schedules * Benefits: * High Commission Potential (Uncapped) * Auto Allowance * Competitive Base Draw * 401(k) * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off * Career Growth Opportunities * Sales Incentives and Recognition Programs * Company Culture Centered on Team Success and Integrity * Schedule: * Full-Time * Monday to Friday, with flexibility for travel and client meetings Work Location: Based in Fall River, MA with local/regional travel as needed Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: We value every employee and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
