The Role: As a Clinical Specialist, you'll partner with Account Managers to connect with clinicians at hospitals, promoting our Vertical Bed and Bariatric technologies. You'll drive clinical engagement and education in ICUs and trauma centers, especially Level I and II, and help hospitals improve patient outcomes. You'll: * Promote Verticalization Therapy: Get hospitals excited about VT in early mobility programs. * Educate on Bariatric Bed Benefits: Be the go-to person for our Bariatric bed in key accounts. * Provide Clinical Support: Help hospital teams with patient selection, protocols, and product use. * Lead Demos & Evaluations: Show off our products in target accounts. * Support Clinical Trials: Help with new product trials, data collection, and feedback. * Manage Bed Fleets: Ensure product availability and functionality. * Master Our Products: Become an expert in testing, troubleshooting, and operating our products. * Engage Customers: Keep hospital staff happy with training and education. * Develop Clinical Resources: Help create awesome educational materials for customers. * Build Relationships: Connect with key clinical folks to create lasting partnerships. * Report Daily: Keep us updated on your clinical activities in [please apply online] You Have: * Experience: 2-3+ years in a clinical role, ideally in the ICU. * Background: RN, RT, or PT preferred, with experience in clinical interactions and education. * Clinical Know-How: Knowledge of early mobility and safe patient handling. * Willingness to Travel: About 50% travel to Level I and II trauma centers in CA, OR, & WA. * Skills: Strong organization, time management, communication, and ability to drive adoption of new practices. * Bonus: ICU experience or medical device experience Why You'll Love Working Here: * Mission-Driven: We're passionate about improving patient care. * Growth: We value your career and ideas. * Supportive Team: You'll work with great people and have a real impact.
