Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. * Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. * Upsell additional products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed. * Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone. * Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. * Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales techniques. * Handle cash responsibly, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
