Full description of the position
Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen ability to analyze market trends, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients through outside sales efforts and telemarketing. * Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth and expansion. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details. * Administer benefits programs in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring compliance and confidentiality. * Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and assistance with their insurance policies. * Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales performance and achieve company goals. Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales, preferably within the insurance industry. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client needs. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. * Familiarity with sales administration processes and benefits administration is preferred. * Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader range of clients. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is beneficial for maintaining client confidentiality. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
