What You 'll Do: * Meet with clients in person, over the phone, and via video conference to guide them through their Medicare options. * Build lasting relationships based on trust, communication, and value. * Follow up with leads provided to you -- we handle the marketing so you can focus onwhat you do best. * Collaborate with a dynamic team that shares knowledge, supports one another, andcelebrates success. * Manage your time effectively to maximize appointments and client satisfaction.What You Bring: * A strong desire to help others navigate important healthcare decisions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage a flexible but structured schedule. * A coachable attitude with a passion for continual learning and growth. * Previous insurance experience is a plus, but not required.
