A well-established Harley-Davidson dealership that offers competitive compensation plans and benefits within the Northeast Region is currently seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented, and innovative individual with a passion for motorcycles to assume the role of General Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Harley-Davidson enthusiast!! The General Manager will be responsible for the direction of daily operations and the overall prosperity of the dealership. This pivotal role involves the leadership and management of all departments, encompassing Sales, Service, Parts, MotorClothes, and Finance. A successful candidate will be accountable for a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the development and implementation of strategies to foster revenue growth, enhance profitability, and expand market share. They will be tasked with the recruitment, hiring, training, and retention of highly capable personnel, the oversight of all facets of the dealership's financial performance, and the assurance of adherence to manufacturer programs, dealership protocols, and industry benchmarks.
