Full description of the position

D * aily review of retailer websites with a customer-first approach, responding to current business needs and evolving trends. M * anage the complete setup of products on retailer websites, including product imagery, descriptions, key features, and attributes. D * evelop marketing collateral, including images, enhanced brand content, icons, and other creative assets. C * ollaborate across teams (marketing, sales, and brand management) to coordinate and oversee product launches and on-site features. M * aintain clear communication channels across sales, marketing, management, production, and customer service teams . D * rive sales growth and maximize profitability in assigned e-tail accounts by optimizing performance and effectively communicating across digital channels. S * upport service levels and drive progress towards sales goals for all accounts. S * tay informed on the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for promoting Genie products, while developing and executing sales plans and promotional calendars in collaboration with sales and marketing teams within the assigned territory. P * articipate in annual planning processes with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. P * artner with retailer marketing teams to enhance brand presence and create new features on eCommerce platforms. C * ontinuously improve customer experience through navigation and product listing optimizations. C * onduct competitor analysis to understand navigation, filtering, and other capabilities of industry leaders. C * ollaborate with customer-facing teams to gather feedback and implement content enhancements. M * anage relationships with third-party agencies and partners for project management and creative development. P * rovide performance updates to cross-functional teams, leveraging site analytics and customer feedback to inform future developments. E * nsure seamless execution of promotional strategies online. B * achelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. P * roficiency in MS Office suite and working knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud (or similar graphic design programs), and enterprise email platforms. 1 * -2 years of eCommerce experience, preferably with large retailers or online marketplaces. 1 * -2 years of experience in Marketing or Customer Service; Digital Marketing and/or eCommerce experience preferred. A * bility to grasp technological concepts and perform basic web programming. S * trong organizational skills and ability to make autonomous, creative decisions. R * esults-driven mindset with adaptability to a dynamic work environment. S * trong collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive cross-functional relationships. E * xcellent attention to detail with strong proofreading and copy-editing skills. y: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
