We're evaluating talent for a variety of on-site Sales*opportunities* in the automotive industry in the Kansas City /Overland Park, KS area. If you enjoy building relationships, hitting goals, and creating a standout customer experience with great long-term growth potential , we want to connect! * This is an application for ongoing consideration for multiplein-person opportunities, including but not limited to: Customer Specialists, Business Development, New & Used Car Sales, etc. * Location : Opportunities will be in the Kansas City and Overland Park area. * Compensation: Starting base at $17/hr - $20/hr depending on the role, plus incentive opportunities with commission and competitive benefits! OTE are $50,000+ first year * Manager level roles OTE are $100,000+ DOE Responsibilities can include: * Guide customers through the sales process by providing product information, answering questions, and offering solutions tailored to their needs. * Track customer interactions and sales progress using internal systems and CRM tools. * Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall team performance. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service or delivery.
