Position Overview: As a Merchant Services Specialist , you will be the primary point of contact for merchants, guiding them through onboarding, payment processing solutions, and ongoing account management. You'll play a key role in building strong client relationships while ensuring seamless implementation of our services to help businesses optimize their payment processes. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about client success, has a solid understanding of payment processing systems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the main liaison for merchants throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to WeProcess services. * Educate clients on payment processing solutions, best practices, and system functionalities. * Manage and resolve merchant inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and payment system issues. * Analyze merchant needs to recommend tailored processing solutions that align with business goals. * Collaborate with internal departments (sales, underwriting, technical support) to facilitate timely setup and issue resolution. * Monitor and maintain merchant accounts to ensure compliance and optimal performance. * Conduct periodic account reviews to identify opportunities for growth or process improvements. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and WeProcess product offerings to provide accurate information and support. Qualifications: * Previous experience in merchant services, payment processing, or a related financial services role (1-3 years preferred). * Strong customer service and relationship management skills. * Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. * Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with payment gateways, POS systems, or CRM software is a plus. * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
