Your ultimate success in this job will depend on you having the following attributes and skills: * Ability to follow conversational flow to anticipate customers' needs and concerns; * Ask appropriate follow up questions to resolve each and every situation; * Ability to think through situations logically and solve problems; * Excellent attention to detail and notation; * Highly organized and very task oriented; * Quick learner with the ability to retain large amounts of information; * Customer focused, personable, kind, and empathetic; and, * Dependable, conscientious, punctual, and responsible. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. * Assist customers with policy changes and updates. * Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Retention of customer base via excellent customer service and follow up. QUALIFICATIONS: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask. * Previous customer service experience preferred. * Texas Property & Casualty license is required for this job (inquire with agent if you have not already obtained this license). You must complete the assessments within 72 hours of application or receipt to be eligible for job consideration.
