RESPONSIBILITIES: * Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. * Assist clients with policy changes and updates. * Process insurance claims and follow up with clients. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. * Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. * Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. * Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented and able to multitask. * Experience in customer service or sales preferred. * Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish). * Must have Property and Casualty insurance license in the State of CA in good standing.
