We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to play a pivotal role within our team. Compensation: $75,000 - $165,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team's progress toward company goals * Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer's agent * Use CRM to compile current information for all customers, ensuring agents have up-to-date and accurate data * Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again * Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers * Relentless lead follow-up * Follow the team plan * Lead generation * Set appointments * Close appointments * Close sales * Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent * Database and CRM mastery * Sales scripts Qualifications: * Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills * Valid U.S. driver's license required, able to travel by car * Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred * One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry * Real estate license required * A real estate license is required * Superb communication * Commission opportunity * Sales experience About Company Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
