We are seeking a Business Architect with a robust background in Salesforce CRM and Oracle Siebel to help drive our transformative projects. Your Role: As a Business Architect, you will be pivotal in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions within Salesforce CRM. You'll play a crucial role in our CRM replacement initiative, ensuring the integration and functionality enhancement aligns with Company strategic business goals. What You'll Do: * CRM System Establishment: Develop and implement a Salesforce CRM system that supports all customer transactional and engagement points, enhancing personalized support and ensuring process fulfillment. * Integration and Adaptability: Establish the CRM with user-friendly integration tools that are adaptable to future business rules, leveraging predictive tools to enhance data processes and knowledge management. * Functionality Enhancement: Expand user-based functionalities and system enhancements to support ongoing and future customer service initiatives. * CRM and Analytics Migration: Oversee the migration of all current CRM/Analytics functionalities to a new, modern solution, ensuring a seamless transition from Oracle Siebel v23. * Operational Efficiency: Utilize CRM solutions' workflow and process improvement tools to streamline daily customer service support and operations. * Customer Personalization: Enhance customer engagement efforts by incorporating additional languages and personalization functions within the CRM. * Data and System Integration: Lead system migrations and integrations, ensuring all infrastructure components including application servers, databases, and middleware are seamlessly transitioned. * Enhanced Customer Experience: Develop and implement various customer experience enhancements as outlined, such as multi-channel service options, predictive analytics, and geospatial visualization capabilities. What You'll Bring: * Expertise in CRM Architecture: Proven experience with Salesforce and Oracle Siebel v23, understanding the intricacies of both platforms to ensure effective migration and integration. * Strategic Vision: Strong capability to align technical CRM solutions with broader business objectives, facilitating enhanced data management and customer relations. * Analytical and Technical Proficiency: Exceptional analytical skills and a strong technical background in developing CRM solutions that improve business operations. * Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field. * Salesforce Certification * Previous utilities industry experience.
