Develop a nuanced understanding of each potential client's business model, technology needs, and how our services can be aligned to support their strategic goals. * In-depth Sales Presentations: Craft detailed, persuasive sales presentations that demonstrate a deep understanding of the potential client's needs, the specific value propositions of our IT solutions, and clear case studies or success stories that highlight our capabilities and results. * Complex Negotiations and Deal Structuring: Engage in sophisticated negotiations with a variety of stakeholders. Tailor contract terms to align with both client expectations and our strategic business objectives, ensuring agreements are both competitive and profitable. * Integrated Sales and Marketing Strategy Execution: Collaborate closely with the marketing department to develop and execute robust sales strategies. Requirements: * Proven track record of success in sales, with substantial experience in the IT or technology sector. * Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a capacity to create and sell complex IT solutions. * Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively negotiating and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers. * In-depth knowledge of the latest trends in the IT industry, particularly within the MSP landscape. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on organization and detail. * Technical proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Compensation: We offer a hybrid compensation model, including: * Base Salary: Competitive TBD (depending on experience and qualifications). * Performance-Based Commission: % of profits from executed contracts, providing an opportunity for additional earnings based on success. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: There are prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and working at a computer and on the phone with a headset. Must be able to lift 40 pounds comfortably.
