Overview: Today, National Ramp is in search of a passionate and enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialist that will bring their expertise to our team and help us grow to become the #1 Ramp Company in the World. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads for our Home Access division. You will also help move them through the sales funnel. Key Attributes we admire: * Confidence and determination * Ability to build rapport across diverse personality types * Active listening skills to truly understand and address customer needs * Persistence and creativity in problem-solving Your Key Responsibilities: * Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels * Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads * Transition qualified leads to business development timely, ensure smooth transition. * Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software. Skills and Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation preferred. Familiarity with the industry is a strong plus. * Network: An existing network or proven ability to build a network. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging leads and presenting information in a clear, concise manner. * Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. * Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms, social media channels, and other digital marketing tools. * Team Player: Collaborative mindset for working alongside sales, marketing, and other stakeholders. Salary: The salary range for this position, based in Valley Cottage, NY, is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00, per year, plus commission and bonus opportunities.
