We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Post-Sales Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will combine your customer support and marketing skills to ensure that our clients not only receive excellent post-sales service but also have the tools and resources they need to effectively market and promote our products. Description As a Post-Sales Marketing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing marketing support to clients who have purchased our aesthetic laser technologies. You will work closely with our marketing team, sales organization, and clients to ensure they have the resources and knowledge needed to promote our products effectively. Key Responsibilities: * Provide marketing support to clients' post-purchase, including sharing product marketing materials, social media toolkits, and educating about best practices. * Assist clients in building and executing marketing campaigns that align with our brand guidelines and their business objectives. * Deliver training sessions (in-person or virtually) on product usage and best practices for marketing and promoting their services. Can be one on one or webinar-based. * Collaborate with the internal marketing and sales teams to create customized promotional campaigns and offers for clients. * Provide technical support as needed to help clients understand product features and troubleshoot any issues. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product features, benefits, and clinical outcomes to provide accurate and engaging marketing content. * Track and analyze the performance of client-driven marketing initiatives, offering insights and suggestions for improvement. * Assist in managing client relationships through follow-ups and consistent communication, ensuring continued satisfaction and engagement. * Help develop co-branded marketing materials, including brochures, emails, and social media content to enhance customer promotions. * Work with clients to organize local events, webinars, and promotions that highlight the benefits of our technologies.
