Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving sales growth through effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Duties * Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to introduce our services. * Set in home appointments for our outside sales team. * Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling. * Utilize software tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and develop strategies for outreach. * Participate in telemarketing campaigns to promote moving services. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, in an inside sales environment is preferred but not required. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proficient in using software applications related to sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM). Word, Excel & Outlook * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
