Home Design Inc., in Fairfax, VA is looking for one sales associate to join our 8 person strong team. We are located on 3159 Draper Dr, Ste A. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged. Responsibilities *A history sales in residential remodeling, construction, real estate or other related business *An experience in kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling *Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers *Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships *Close new sales from company provided preset sales appointments derived from various marketing channels *Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule *Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments *Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends *Continuously improve through feedback *Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills. *A desire to exceed client expectations *Advises customers by providing information on products. *Use judgment to solve customer problems *Maintains scheduling commitments Qualifications *Friendly and outgoing personality *Excellent verbal skills *Excellent listening skills *Able to problem solve as issues arise *Ability to work collaboratively with the design and production team. *Be optimistic, focused on results, self-disciplined, assertive, highly motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.
