Responsibilities * Conduct needs-based consultations with clients to assess their financial goals and protection requirements. * Recommend tailored life insurance and retirement planning solutions to meet client objectives. * Educate clients on the benefits of wealth-building strategies, including infinite banking, compound interest leverage, and tax advantage plans. * Maintain regular client communications to foster strong, trusted relationships. * Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory guidelines. * Achieve sales and service goals with integrity, professionalism, and client-first principles. * Actively participate in training, development workshops, and team-building initiatives. * Represent New Views Headquarters with excellence, care, and a commitment to long-term client success. Qualifications * Active Life & Health Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one within 30 days (training provided). * Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills. * Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined in time management. * Ability to adapt and learn in a dynamic, evolving financial services environment. * Basic proficiency with digital tools (email, CRM systems, online meeting platforms). * A genuine passion for helping others build and protect generational wealth. * Previous experience in sales, financial services, or client advisement is a plus but not required.
